Refund policy

Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to get you a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we can't cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually show up within 5–10 business days.
